Accounting and financial systems are fundamental elements of organisations across sectors, and understanding the management of financial resources is a necessary skill for organisational leaders. During this unit, you explore core elements of managerial and financial accounting that help equip leaders with the ability to create and manage financial processes and resources, as well as make these relevant to internal and external decision makers. You analyse and apply approaches and systems used in finance and financial market operations to address business challenges and support effective decision making.
