This project features a short 750-word opinion editorial (opt-ed) that was assigned. The idea that I had was how students are becoming too dependent on their grades or marks that they undermine the actual learning process. Whilst classroom learning has always been a valuable experience for many students including myself, I have noticed how students are overworking themselves and prioritising the need to attain good grades over other aspects of their life. I believe that it is equally important to look after one's health, or engage in other learning processes outside the classroom.
