"Hand of Ascension" is inspired by Acts 1:6-11 The showing of how God's people, much like this modern culture, has a disconnect with what God has done and what they perceive and do. My artwork is a self portrait featuring myself in the top right corner, with high symbolism of my own religious beliefs and battles, the constant struggle of trying to be good enough for the new waved modern world or the harsh reality of sinful life, that is constantly lingering. Finding love within your own morals and beliefs and acceptance of God.
