Planned interior spaces can improve your mental and physical health. One idea is to transform your favourite space into a biophilic system full of fresh air and natural sunlight. An easy way to start this process is the inclusion of indoor plants that purify the air. Suitable plants available in Canberra are spider plant and mother in law’s tongue.  The focus of this submission is the creation of a hybrid, biophilic office for a client who needs a private space to work from home during covid-restrictions. The brief requires a clever design that creates four temporary spaces for other family members to use in the family room, until the present restrictions ease.
