Last year, we began the work of reforming business processes across the University – with the aim of simplifying and streamlining the day-to-day for staff and students, increasing efficiency and reducing unnecessary effort.

This is a massive project, begun – as always, here at UC – with consultation and listening. It is crucial that this process is guided and underpinned by our values, which align with the Reconnected Strategy.

While this project is ongoing, the over 900 individual responses from staff have already shaped much reform within our University – and we wanted to provide you with a snapshot at this time, of some of the work that has already come to fruition, or which you should see completed in the next few months.

We want to thank you all for your efforts – whether in terms of sharing your ideas, or turning suggestions and ideas into reality.
