5 Netflix Shows to Binge Over Summer

Now that the semester’s over, you have all the time in the world to catch up on Netflix shows you missed out on while you were buried in study. Here’s a list of five hot shows you can binge watch alone or enjoy with friends this summer.

Rick and Morty

This classic goes without saying (and you probably were watching it in the middle of exams). Join the wild ride that’s young Morty and his crazy scientist grandfather Rick as they catapult into weird misadventures and surprising life lessons.

The Good Place

For your feel-good fix, enter The Good Place, a whimsical imagining of the afterlife where our flawed main character is sorely out of place. Root for Eleanor as she strives to hide her bad habits in order to not get kicked out.

The Haunting of Hill House

If you’re craving spine-chilling, gripping horror, watch this new Netflix original series. Part horror thrills and part family drama, the show follows five siblings as they reunite to confront their childhood nightmare: the haunted house they grew up in.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend

Exactly as the title suggests, the show follows Rebecca Bunch as she jets off from New York to California to try and reconnect with her ex. The wild ride of a comedy-drama often becomes a satirical look at what is “crazy” about our main character.

Bojack Horseman

Bojack Horseman was supposed to be a straightforward comedy but turned into a journey of incredible character growth for a flawed talking horse. This bizarre comedy is more than you’d expect.
