The NSW Government Graduate Program gives you the opportunity to shape and change the future of NSW. With three six-month rotations across NSW government, the 18-month Program offers an incredibly diverse experience that allows you to create your own career.
In the Graduate Program, you can either pursue a career in your chosen field of study or build on your skills and try something new. The Program offers five streams – Primary, Legal, Digital, Social Work and Engineering. There are exciting roles on offer all over NSW including Sydney Metro, Hunter, Central West and more.
As part of the Program, graduates complete a tailored development component to their stream to help ease the transition from university to work life. With a competitive salary, a personal mentor and executive sponsor, networking events with your cohort and colleagues, and a permanent role when you successfully complete the Program, NSW Government invests in your success!
