Be Brave, Make Change, National Reconciliation Week Morning Tea

BGL recognises the importance of Reconciliation Week with this morning tea to hear from people being brave and making change to tackle the unfinished business of reconciliation for the benefit of all Australians. Reconciliation Week is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia. Universities have all signed on to lead this and UC has set out in our Reconciliation Action Plan, and our Indigenising the Curriculum Strategy, core ways of being brave and making change.

Come along and hear from some brave people in our BGL, UC and ACT community, such as Melanie Poole who will speak about the creation and work of the Justice Map project, Josh Pryor from the Ngunnawal Centre and others.

For catering purposes, please click here to register for the event, and if you cannot come in person, you can still join us virtually: Click here to join the meeting
