Morning Tea & Panel Discussion: Issues Affecting Women in Sport - Equal Pay, Homophobia, Cyber/Media Bias and Hope for the Future

We invite the UC community to connect and celebrate International Women’s Day (IWD) on Tuesday 8 March 2022. International Women's Day is a global celebration for the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.

Browse the stalls on the Concourse to find out about women’s support services on campus, participate in pot planting, message boards and other activities to celebrate the day. Then head into the Refectory for 10.30am to hear the panel discussion on ‘Issues Affecting Women in Sport - Equal Pay, Homophobia, Cyber/Media Bias and Hope for the Future’followed by complimentary morning tea on the Concourse.

Proudly sponsored by UniSuper.
