About the UC Ally Network
An Ally Network has been established at UC. It is a visible network of people who are allies of staff and students who identify as being lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer (LGBTIQ), and their friends and supporters. Any UC staff member or student can be an ally, whether or not they identify as LGBTIQ. To join the Ally Network, you will need to complete a one-day training program. We also run 2 hour ally foundation training. We expect to run further ally foundation training and ally leadership training workshops in 2020.
