The New South Wales Government Graduate Program gives you an opportunity to shape and change the future of New South Wales. With three six month rotations across government agencies, the 18-month program offers an incredibly diverse experience that allows you to shape your own career, no matter what degree you studied.
As part of the program, graduates complete a Diploma of Government. This helps to ease the transition from university to work life and provides foundational government knowledge.
Once you have successfully completed the Program, you are offered a permanent position with the New South Wales Government.
