
The Australian National Museum of Education celebrates 50 Years of the ACT Education System in its 2023 Annual Lecture Promises, Challenges & Progress - Fifty Years of the ACT Education System. This lecture will be delivered by prominent educator and administrative leader, Professor Shirley Randell AO.
Professor Randell has held a number of senior positions including Executive Secretary to the National Women's Advisory Council, Senior Adviser on Land Rights, Immigration and Environment in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, Director of Programs in the ACT Schools Authority and President of the Australian College of Educators. She will take us back in time to when the ACT Schools Authority was established and beyond.
To be held on Tuesday 19th September at the Inspire Centre with drinks and light refreshments at 5.30pm and the lecture beginning at 6pm. Cost is $25 per person.
