Management Week 2022
Managers and supervisors can have the single largest impact on an organisation as they influence employee performance, satisfaction, productivity, and turnover. Whether you are a new supervisor or have been overseeing staff for a while, there is always something you can learn to improve your management capabilities and to ensure that you are keeping your skills current.
What will be offered?
Management Week is an opportunity for UC staff who supervise others to build and refine their skills and will cover a range of topics with a focus on practical application in the workplace.
Who is the target audience?
Courses are open to all Academic and Professional supervisors and managers across all levels/classifications.
