Staff from Canberra Connect will be on campus to assist you to apply for your WWVP. Please note this card is an essential requirement for many student placements.

Access Canberra will visit campus to assist students applying for WWVP registration for

new online applications only.

Prior to attendance, applicants must:

• Create an ACTGOV Digital Account and complete the WWVP Online application, including payment. The link to the online application is New Application (force.com); and
• Bring original or true certified copies of all identification documents that you entered in your online application in accordance with the WWVP Proof of Identity policy.

*Please note that applicants who attend without the necessary ID will be turned away and required to attend a Service Centre to progress their application.

In order to serve as many clients as possible, we will not:

• Serve clients who are RENEWING their WWVP registration . Renewal applications are an entirely online process (unless the applicant has changed their name or gender since their last registration was issued). Students are encouraged to submit their renewal application as per the instructions in their Renewal Reminder notice.
• Assist or serve clients who have not successfully completed the Online application including payment, or failed to attend with the required level of ID.
