UC EVENTS

With COP 26 in Glasgow drawing national attention, the issue of climate change has been brought into sharp focus. While governments appear to dither, peak industry and farming groups, many large businesses and an increasing proportion of the population now favour action. Our major trading partners and advanced nations around the world are moving forward, and increasingly criticising us for not joining them. This session will explore these issues at an enterprise and community level, the benefits and opportunities for jobs, prosperity and the improved social outcomes from effective climate action.
