
On the eve of International Women's Day join the University of Canberra community for an 'In Conversation’ event with renowned feminist Anne Summers AO, and Director of the 50/50 by 2030 Foundation and ACT Australian of the Year Virginia Haussegger AM.
Anne Summers AO is an Australian writer and columnist, and a feminist icon. She is the author of eight books, including the classic Damned Whores and God’s Police, and most recently Unfettered and Alive. Summers currently resides in New York and is visiting Australia ahead of International Women’s Day for an exclusive number of events. In this exciting ‘In Conversation’ event, Summers and Haussegger will explore a range of issues relating to women, parliament, bullying, and sexism.
