The Future of Work Reimagined – Conversation Lab: Preparing Organisations for the Human-Technology Workplace
How can organisations harness emerging technologies while creating workplaces that remain productive, inclusive and human-centred?
The Future of Work Reimagined brings together students, industry leaders, government professionals and researchers for an interactive conversation on the changing nature of work. Through expert insights and collaborative discussion, participants will explore the opportunities and challenges presented by AI, automation, robotics and other workplace technologies.
The event will examine practical approaches to building workplaces where people and technology work together effectively, including topics such as AI-assisted work, inclusive workplaces for neurodivergent employees, leadership in digitally enabled organisations, and the future skills needed for workforce success.
Designed as a conversation rather than a conference, the session encourages the exchange of ideas, experiences and emerging practices, creating valuable connections between industry, government and higher education. The event aims to spark new partnerships, inspire innovative thinking and contribute to shaping a more inclusive and sustainable future of work.
