UC medical and Counselling is running a weekly psychology skills workshop focused on helping students improve their coping and study skills to aid their personal and uni lives.
Sessions will run every Tuesday between 3:30 - 4:20 pm starting from August 23rd. Each session will focus on a specific psych skill such as goal setting, procrastination, resilience, and mindfulness.
Attendance is strongly recommended for anyone already feeling overwhelmed with their study load or those who simply want to improve their study skills.
