Risk Management training is being run for all staff – the session will focus on:
- What is risk management and why do we do it?
- How do we manage risk?
- Overview of Resilience Management Framework
- What tools do we have to assist us with the process? e.g. Risk Register, Risk Matrix
- Practical examples
