The University of Canberra (UC) and its campus accommodation partners proudly guarantee accommodation to new and continuing international students and first-year domestic students. Student accommodation on campus sets the tone for our students' university experience and UC offers a range of accommodation options that meet student demand, preferences and budgets.
UC Lodge opened in 2017 and is the University's newest student accommodation project.
Located in the heart of campus, the 496-bed facility provides students with accommodation that is close to their learning spaces as well as the growing amenities the campus has to offer.
UC Lodge includes a mixture of one-bed and multi-share accommodation options. Residents also have access to a variety of public and private recreation and study spaces.
UC Lodge is operated by UniLodge.
Cooper Lodge is an eight-storey accommodation block featuring 267 single occupant studios and 30 five bedroom apartments. It also contains a plethora of retail options, including a bakery, a Thai restaurant, cafes, a grocer and an on-campus bar, The Well.
Cooper Lodge was funded under the Commonwealth's National Rental Affordability Scheme. Further support was received from the ACT Government, allowing the University to offer students accommodation at below market rates.
Cooper Lodge opened in 2014 and is operated by UniLodge.
Weeden Lodge opened in 2012 and was expanded in 2014 to provide accommodation for 220 students in the heart of Belconnen.
This modern accommodation option is situated close to the University campus and features studio accommodation options as well as multi-share apartments. All rooms are fully furnished and students have access to full kitchen facilities, common areas and 24-hour staff.
Like Cooper Lodge, Weeden Lodge was funded under the National Rental Affordability Scheme and is operated by UniLodge.
Guginya / Campus West
UniLodge manages the Guginya and Campus West precinct which is the University's largest accommodation facility.
This accommodation is located on the University campus and offers a variety of self-catered options from twelve bed dormitories to one-bedroom units.
