The Deconstructed Cottage is like a house shape that's top has been cut in half and split in order to make space for a courtyard for outdoor entertainment. The building features floor to ceiling glass windows with a door facing out onto the courtyard. These parts of the building are the dining and lounge areas. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are below on the first floor.
The colour scheme as well as the ivy are meant to give the house a cottage like appearance while the deconstructivist like aspects and the more frequent use of large surfaces of glass give it a modern touch.
Complete with a garden, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a courtyard, this house is ideal for families with children as well as more elderly couples.
