I have designed new packaging for ‘Narciso Rodriguez For Her’ perfume. A gradient was used to wrap around the box which represents the aroma of the perfume. The perfume is described by the company as having an aggressive aroma which becomes gentle and soft with time. The colours used in the gradient symbolise this. The gradient starts as a dark purple/black which represents strength, aggression and power. This then fades to light purple and soft pink which symbolises love, compassion and softness. The gradient is shaped like a triangle which wraps around the box. This looks like the perfume spraying, making it clear that the product is perfume. The text used is small so that the gradient is the main focus of the design.
