Alice is the owner and director of Peppercorn Promotions (PCP), a company she co-founded in 2005 to meet the need for premium promotional staff within the marketing and communications industry. Since its inception, the business has grown from an annual sales base of $250,000 to $2.4 million in the 2011 financial year. PCP now employs seven full time staff and approximately 400 promotional staff nationwide.

The PCP client list includes a range of well-known companies, such as: Optus, Telstra, Peugeot, Kelloggs, Kimberly Clark, Samsung, Vodafone, Ford and Kraft.

Alice has over 14 years experience in the marketing industry, having also worked for McCann Eriksson, JWT and the Haygarth Group.
