Regional Wellbeing Survey
With up to 13,000 people surveyed each year, the Regional Wellbeing Survey is one of the largest annual surveys examining wellbeing and quality of life in Australia's rural and regional areas. First conducted in 2013, it examines how the wellbeing of people in rural and regional communities is influenced by the many social, economic and environmental changes occurring in these communities.
Our mission is to support research that improves the wellbeing and quality of life of people living in rural and regional Australia. The results of the survey help to provide insights that support the development of strategies to build wellbeing, resilience and adaptive capacity in these regions.
