UC Open Day is a once-a-year opportunity to see what it's like to live, study and work in the nation's capital. It's your chance to experience life at the University of Canberra first-hand. You'll get the chance to explore the campus and discover different courses, career opportunities, latest innovations, displays, clubs and so much more.
UC staff will be available and stationed at info points throughout the campus to assist you if you need any help.
Anyone interested in undergraduate study, postgraduate study or research at the University of Canberra.
It's never to early to think about your career. If you're in year 9, 10, 11 or 12, there will be presentations to help you understand the opportunities and experiences available at UC.

University of Canberra's five academic faculties, support services, accommodation providers, clubs, and student life units will be available at UC Open Day to assist you.
Each of our faculties will be holding presentations, workshops and demonstrations throughout the day. There will also be presentations from Student Services, Global Learning and UC College, as well as tours of our accommodation and learning facilities.
The Expo Hall will be full of UC staff and students, there to answer any questions you have about life, study and work at UC.
There's plenty of food and entertainment options as well - a free big breakfast from 9am and campus eateries open all day. The Main Concourse will have live music, art and performance activations, and give aways to fill the time between presentations and tours.

Presentations go for 30 minutes to an hour, and you may need time to walk between different venues.
While you aren't required to book for individual presentations, we recommend you use the UC Open Day app to build your personal schedule prior to the day. Use the app on the day to find your way around and see schedule updates.
The Inclusion and Engagement Team are available to assist and provide advice in advance and on the day. All the buildings in use at UC Open Day are accessible, with access to bathrooms, parking and lift locations also provided.
If you can't attend Open Day, don't worry. We run 45 minute campus tours from 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday throughout the year. Our campus tours provide a history of the University, a run-down of all the facilities available to students, and information about what it's like to be a student at UC.
