Reporting Lost Property
In the event that you have misplaced or lost an item on campus, we encourage you to contact our Campus Services (Security Office) immediately. The Security Office manages all lost property across campus (excluding residences), and they will do their best to assist you in locating your lost item. You can find us by:

It is important to note that all lost property found on campus will be kept for a period of one month. During this time, the Campus Services (Security Office) will do everything possible to identify and locate the rightful owner. If the owner cannot be identified after one month, the lost property will be disposed of appropriately. For health and safety reasons, perishable goods will be disposed of immediately. We encourage everyone to report lost items promptly and to provide accurate descriptions to improve the chances of recovering lost property.
Finding Lost Property
We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a safe and secure campus environment. If you happen to find an item on campus that does not belong to you, please do the right thing and hand it in to Security Office located next to the Library in Building 5 Level A.
The Security team will log the found item and make every effort to return it to its rightful owner. It is important to remember that lost and found item can hold significant value to their owners, and returning them can make a big difference in someone's day. We appreciate your honesty and effort in helping us maintain a positive and supportive campus community.
Label Your Property
As a reminder, we strongly recommend that you label your property, especially valuable items such as laptops or USBs, with your student ID. This small action can make a big difference in the event that your belongings are lost or misplaced.
If a labelled item is found and handed into lost property, it increases the chances of Campus’s Security to safely returning the property to the correct owner. Labelling your property is a simple and effective way to protect your belongings, and we encourage everyone to take this extra step to safeguard their possessions
