The National Centre for Australian Children's Literature (formerly Lu Rees Archives) has brought out a number of publications over the years, including our journal, The Lu Rees Archives Notes, Books and Authors (Issue 1, 1981 - Issue 35 2013) , annual reports and strategic plans. Behind the Imagined: The National Centre for Australian Children's Literature (formerly Lu Rees Archives Notes, Books and Authors)
Our new look online journal, which will be produced annually. It will contain articles about Australian children's literature. It will often include articles by authors and illustrators. When the first issue is available a link will be provided here.

To provide theCentre with direction and goals, a subcommittee made up of members of the Centre's Management Subcommittee have come up with a plan to guide its development. To see the strategic plans, please go to the Strategic Plans page.
