Winter Term changes to services and access

Due to the Level C construction works, the Library air conditioning has been turned off until 6 June. Please also be aware that there may construction noise on all floors.

Library services will be online-only from 22 May to 16 June:

Library online chat - 10:30am - 6:30pm Monday-Friday
ASK Advisors virtual room - 12:30 - 4:30pm Monday-Friday
Study Skills drop-in - 12:30 - 4:30pm Monday-Friday (from week 2)
Research consultations for postgraduates and staff

The Library building is open as a study space, with the exception of Level C. If you need a group space, there are also bookable rooms above the Refectory which are available 7am-6pm weekdays.

Short loan books (3 hour and 3 day loans) may be requested online for collection, and borrowed on the self-checkout machines near the click and collect shelves. During this period 3 hour loans will issue for 24 hours.

After 16 June, face-to-face services will return and a portion of Level C will be open.
