Wait to receive your University of Canberra (UC) offer letter. Check your letter to make sure your name and birth date match your passport and that the program dates match your chosen study period. Notify the admissions team if any changes are needed. It is your responsibility to check that your details are correct.
Apply for housing to guarantee your on campus placement.
Return your signed UC offer letter and OSHC payment (if applicable, plus tuition for study abroad students) by uploading it to the application portal. Please note that you will need to print the offer, sign, and scan or take a photo. Digital signatures are not accepted. If you were issued a conditional offer, you must meet the conditions of your offer at the time of acceptance to progress to the next step and receive your COE.
Receive your Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) needed to apply for your visa. This will be sent approximately 1 week from the time you accept your offer. Please note: Your OSHC policy confirmation and number will be listed at the bottom of the CoE.
Apply for your visa using your COE.
Make sure you have unit (class/module) approval from your home university for your nominated UC units. Double check your unit choices for availability & prerequisite requirements using our handy guide on Choosing Classes at UC.
