Diploma of Health
The Diploma of Health is designed as a pathway qualification into a range of health-related degrees. The Diploma of Health will help you gain employment in a range of entry level positions in health and community organisations; for example Health Administration, Health Promotion, Public Health or Sports Administration.
Diploma of Health (CRICOS: #090071F) is studied over 2 semesters (12 months) and is suitable for international students with IELTS 5.5 (no band score less than 5.5) (or equivalent). This program is delivered across the University of Canberra semester intakes.
On successful completion of the Diploma of Health students receive up to 24 credit points (1 year) towards the following Bachelor Degrees at the University of Canberra (course links will open in a new window):
- Bachelor of Health Science (Human Movement)
- Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition Studies)
- Bachelor of Human Nutrition^
- Bachelor of Public Health
- Bachelor of Science in Psychology
^Students will receive 18 credit points - 6 units of advanced standing into the Bachelor of Human Nutrition at the University of Canberra.
