International Student Visa Holders enrolled in Winter Term or Summer Term are not eligible to receive a holiday letter. If you are currently enrolled or planning to enrol for a teaching period that is not Semester 1 or Semester 2, you are encouraged to contact the Department of Immigration and Border Protection to confirm your rights and responsibilities before altering any work arrangements. It remains the responsibility of the visa holder to ensure they are not in breach of any visa conditions.
