Course Reinstatement Form - International Students

Please use this form if you have been discontinued from your course for non-payment of fees ONLY

Please note: If you have been discontinued for non-enrolment, unsatisfactory attendance or unsatisfactory course progression you will need to reapply and can do so via the UC website.

To support your claim for Reinstatement please provide:

a Statement of Purpose (SOP) addressing:

1. why you have failed to meet payment deadlines;
2. how you will address these issues in the future.

Documentation that substantiates evidence of your financial capacity, including (but not limited to):

1. Bank statements or loan documents indicating that you remain financial capable of meeting your tuition and living expenses in Australia.
2. Where you are being funded by a family member, evidence of where they receive their funds from, e.g. employment certificates, bank statements, income statements detailing salary credits; and evidence of their relationship with you.

Students who are approved for course reinstatement will be subject to a $200 Course Reinstatement Fee. Evidence of payment will be required before course reinstatement is finalised.
