    This unit examines the management processes of planning, organising, controlling and evaluating to achieve service delivery to support organizational outcomes. In an information services context, business analysis, project management, change management and procurement will be examined. The unit will also introduce the development, management and monitoring of budget processes, marketing and the identification of relevant performance measures for specific outcomes.
