Introduction
The Diploma of Communication offers international students a pathway to the second year of the Bachelor of Communication in Advertising, the Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations, the Bachelor of Communication in Media and Public Affairs, the Bachelor of Journalism, the Bachelor of Media Arts and Production, the Bachelor of Arts, and the Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. Students studying the Diploma gain advanced standing into their degree and they are also supported in the development of the language and academic skills required to ensure ongoing success in their undergraduate studies.
The Diploma consists of two College terms of study. The extended Diploma consists of three College terms of study.

The fees detailed above are the annual fee rates for the course. The annual rate is the fee that applies to standard full-time enrolment, which is 24 credit points. The final fee charged is based on the proportion of 24 credit points in which a student enrols. Students enrolled in a Commonwealth Support Place (CSP) are required to make a contribution towards the cost of their education, which is set by the Commonwealth Government.
