As an interior designer you get to shape perceptions and responses to physical space through form, light, colour, materiality, and sound.
An interior designer considers all these aspects of our senses when designing spaces to delight their inhabitants.
Study a Bachelor of Interior architecture at UC and you will:
- receive a fundamental introduction to the field of interior spatial design through a range of interdisciplinary and interior specific studies
- explore the broad cultural and environmental issues associated with interior design and its allied design fields such as architecture and industrial design

Important to know
Entry is by way of ATAR score or a portfolio and brief interview. This process enables the identification of creative talent, which may otherwise be missed.
Admission Requirements
Normal UC requirements for admission to an undergraduate course. Alternatively, students may be selected for entry by portfolio and interview.
Additional Admission Requirements
TAFE Queensland Brisbane Applicants only: This course is taught from the 2nd year. To commence, all students must be eligible for at least 1 year (24 credit points) of advanced standing.

Year 12 Mathematics and English.
