Penny is an experienced communications professional and has managed and worked across a number of different categories spanning from Government, Education, Telecommunications, FMCG, Airlines, Drink-Alcoholic, Retail and cosmetics over the past 25 years. Her strengths are in leadership and marketing strategy development. She has a proven track record of establishing strong relationships across multiple stakeholders, developing high performing results driven teams, developing and implementing communication strategies, achieving targets and improving performance.
A former UC Graduate Penny has work in Media, Creative and client roles across Australia and London.
She is an extremely motivated and driven person with an engaging personality and a sense of fun. Driven by results, she has strong negotiation and influencing skills, excellent presentation skills and the ability to interact and motivate people at all levels.
She is an active contributor to the marketing profession and Chair the Australian Marketing Institute for Canberra. She is a regular guest lecturer at both the Australian National University and Canberra University in Brand Management decisions.
An active participant in multiple charities, she currently sits on the Ronald McDonald Foundation Board and is a Board Director of a $15bn Industry Superannuation fund, Equip Super.
Penny now owns her own business back in Canberra called the T!lt agency.
