The property at 4 Virginia Drive, Bega is located on the hospital grounds next door to the South East Regional Hospital. It has eight single bedrooms and four ensuite bedrooms (all with king single beds), one accessible bedroom with ensuite, three bedrooms with ensuites, two communal bathrooms, ceiling fans in bedrooms, portable heaters, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, cleaning facilities, and parking nearby.
The accommodation is available for UC & ANU students undertaking their placements at local health facilities as well as UC Staff and allied health and medical practitioners who are working away from home.

The full fee of the stay must be paid before attending placement. You can arrive at the accommodation on the Sunday before placement and vacate on the Saturday afternoon after placement.
The property is to be fully cleaned on vacating by the outgoing tenant ore they will be charged a cleaning fee of $200.Cleaning products and equipment are provided to ensure that you leave the entire property in a clean and tidy state as per your signed Agreement, this includes your room, ensuite/bathroom, common areas: laundry, lounge room, dining area, and kitchen.

This house features 8 bedrooms and four ensuite rooms. All rooms feature king single beds, there is one accessible room with ensuite, and three bedrooms with ensuite. The property has a fully equipped shared kitchen, two communal, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer.
Please note: bedding, bathroom accessories and toiletries are not provided so please ensure you pack accordingly.

No, each room is for 1 person.
No, each student must make their own booking and provide their details when making a booking enquiry.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The rooms are set up for a single person and the OHS Act does not permit more than one person per room.
Students and staff share this accommodation when attending placement or work matters.
If your placement is for more than a week, it is possible to stay the weekends. If you are due to vacate on the Saturday, you must vacate.

When you have agreed to the terms and conditions and fully paid for your accommodation your UC student card will be activated to give you access to your room.
