The story of Donald Horne

The Institute is named in honour of the late Donald Horne for his prominence in shaping Australian ideas as an author, intellectual and public figure.

Professor Horne AO (1921-2005) was Chancellor of the University of Canberra from 1992-1995. He was author of 28 books and hundreds of other publications.
