Citation
- 1. This Statute may be cited as the Fees Statute 1995.
Repeal
- 2. The Fees Statute (Statute No.8 of the Canberra College of Advanced Education) is repealed.
Interpretation
- 3. In this Statute, unless the contrary intention appears:
"fees" means fees that are payable to the university, including student contribution amounts and tuition fees within the meaning of the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
Rules
- 4. The Council may make rules, not inconsistent with the Act or a Statute, with respect to the payment to the University of fees.
