University of Canberra - Statute No. 30

Citation

1.   This Statute may be cited as the Fees Statute 1995.

Repeal

2.   The Fees Statute (Statute No.8 of the Canberra College of Advanced Education) is repealed.

Interpretation

3.   In this Statute, unless the contrary intention appears:

"fees" means fees that are payable to the university, including student contribution amounts and tuition fees within the meaning of the Higher Education Support Act 2003. 

Rules

4.   The Council may make rules, not inconsistent with the Act or a Statute, with respect to the payment to the University of fees.
