University of Canberra - Statute No. 28

Citation

1.  This statute may be cited as the Admission Statute 1995.

Repeal

2.  The Admission Statute (Statute No. 4 of the Canberra College of Advanced Education) is repealed.

Power of Council to make rules

3.  The Council may make rules, not inconsistent with the Act or a Statute, with respect to the admission of persons to courses of study of the University.
