University of Canberra
1. These Rules may be cited as the University of Canberra Courses and Awards (Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates) Rules 2010.
2. These Rules commence on the commencement of the University of Canberra (Courses and Awards) Statute 2010.
3.
(1) The Courses and Awards (Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates) Rules 2007 are revoked.
(2) Determinations made under the Courses and Awards (Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates) Rules 2007 are deemed to have been made under the University of Canberra Courses and Awards (Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates) Rules 2010. and continue in force until specifically revoked or the University of Canberra Courses and Awards (Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates) Rules 2010.are revoked.
4. The following degrees may, in accordance with rules made under the University of Canberra (Courses and Awards) Statute 2010, be awarded by the University:
