Biography
Bruce Lines is the Registrar of University of Canberra.
The Registrar is responsible for:

- Health and Counselling Centre
Bruce Lines has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from Central Queensland University , a Master of Public Policy degree from Deakin University, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Canberra .
Bruce's early career was in the creative arts. He served on the Board of the Queensland Theatre Company and was the recipient of a number of Australia Council and Arts Queensland development grants. Bruce took a position at the University of Queensland in the 1990s, initially providing advocacy services for postgraduate research students. He went on to a position in the Academic Registrar's Office developing policy, before taking a role as a faculty manager. Bruce joined the University of Canberra in 2003. Over the course of his career, Bruce has presented conference papers and published in areas relating to tertiary education management. In 2006 Bruce was awarded a Carrick Institute Citation for Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning, relating to his oversight of VET to UC pathway programs.
