Council usually meets six or seven times each year according to a schedule determined each September or October for the ensuing calendar year.  Meetings are normally held on a Friday beginning at 9.00am.

Meetings are held in the Council Room on the D floor in Building 1.

Meetings are open to observers except for items declared to be confidential.

The agenda and papers for each meeting are available for perusal in the Council secretariat (Room 1 D 95) normally from the Friday preceding the meeting.  Papers from past meetings are  held in the Council secretariat.
