During this session participants will: Enhance their understanding of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) research students and develop supervisory strategies to enhance the learning of all research students through:
• Increased awareness of your own culture and of the ways personal cultural identity can impact on the supervisory relationship.
• Increased awareness of complexity within CALD student supervisory relationships.
• Identification of ways of working with the complexity.

Management. The Program commissions integrative economic, social and
biophysical research within a systems context. She will speak about
ACIAR, the nature of funding opportunities and the kind of programs
