Australian Academy of Science - 2014 Awards now open
The Australian Academy of Science invites nominations and applications for its 2014 honorific awards, research conferences, research awards and travelling fellowhips. The list of awards and details of nomination and application procedures can be found at www.science.org.au/awards/.
German - Australian Mobility Call for Collaboration in Science and Technology in Biodiversity and Health
The joint German-Australian Mobility call has the objective to support the collaboration in science and technology between Germany and Australia by supporting the mobility of researchers in joint research projects. The thematic focus of this call is on specific biodiversity and health topics. The projects should be application oriented and include SME/industry participation.

NBCF Novel Concept Awards
The Novel Concept Award scheme aims to support projects that challenge existing paradigms or break new theoretical ground. The Award provides investigators with the opportunity to pursue serendipitous observations and encourages the development of innovative and possibly high-risk avenues of investigation.

NBCF National Infrastructure Grant Scheme
The National Infrastructure Grant scheme aims to provide core funding for national research activities that provide expertise and/or capabilities to facilitate breast cancer research. This funding mechanism is directed at building new activities and maintaining existing activities for which there is a clearly demonstrated national need and benefit.

John Allwright Fellowship
The primary aim of the fellowship scheme is to enhance research capacity in ACIAR’s partner country institutions. Although applications are welcome from participants in both bilateral and multilateral projects, to be eligible applicants must be working on an active ACIAR project in the partner country at the time of application.

Google Research Awards
Google Research Awards are one-year awards structured as unrestricted gifts to universities to support the work of world-class full-time faculty members at top universities around the world.
