Hints on how to apply:
1. Please make sure that all steps described below are completed. There is a chance that your application might be sent back to you if they are not. Back to top.
2. Photos
i. sign the back of the photos, not the front. Back to top.
ii. photos must not be scanned copies, they must be originals. Back to top.
iii. staple only 1 photo and use a paper clip for the other (no glue). Back to top.
3. Tax invoice – must be filled out for all types of transactions. Your application may be sent back if you do not fill out this form! Back to top.
4. When you are filling first page please pay special attention to the Family name and Other name(s) fields as they need to be filled out according to what appears in your passport. Also, please make sure you provide you full postal (residential) address in the Address fields including street number, street name, suburb (town), state and the post code. Back to top.
5. Passport – please only send the photo page – we do not need a copy of your visa or any other information in your passport. Back to top.
6. Please do not send the Information for Candidates page or any of the language code or country code pages (marked with roman numbers i, ii, iii and vi in the application). Those pages need to be retained by you for your own records. Back to top.
7. Q. 24 – Institution Applications - we cannot send a copy of your test report form to migration agents, only to approved Universities and Institutions. Back to top.
