The General English course is designed for students wishing to expand both social and work opportunities. The course helps students:

• speak and write well in English
• understand English as it is spoken by native speakers from Australia, Britain and the United States
• read newspapers, magazines and novels
• learn more about the lifestyle of people in English-speaking countries, with a special emphasis on Australia

It is possible for a student to enrol in General English for less than a full module.

General English classes are conducted in five week modules.
