The UC English Access Program is a 20 week full time intensive academic English and study skills course for international students.  The course provides a direct entry pathway into the university undergraduate award courses for those students who have successfully completed the requirements of the program*.  To enter at this level, students require an IELTS score of 5.5 on the Academic module, or an equivalent score in the UC Academic Entry Test, or advanced standing attained in previous study in one of the UC English language programs.  Students with an IELTS score of 6.0, or equivalent, may enter the English Access Course for a 10 week period.
