Available here is the application form for time release under the Study Assistance Scheme. The form is in Rich Text Format (RTF), which is readable by most word processors.
To retrieve the form, click on the hypertext link for the form, and select "Save to Disk" when your brouser prompts you. Then, open the document in your word proccessor, and print it out. Fill out the form, obtain the required certification, and send the form to the Secretariat (room 1D95) via internal mail.
