- Consultative Process on the Proposed Re-zoning Plan for the Wisdom Study Area (Bomen Industrial Estate): a collaborative project of the Wagga Wagga City Council, the Bomen Action Group and Cargill Foods Australia. (Completed June 2000)
- Commercialisation of Australian Universities and Academic Freedom Project. In collaboration with the Australia Institute of the Australian National University. (Completed October 2001)
- Scoping out a Socio-Economic Research Agenda for CRC in Sustainable Rice Production. (Completed December 2000)
- Beyond Economic Rationalism in Rural Australia: a New Approach to Socio-Economic Change in the Coleambally Irrigation Area. In partnership with Professor John Spriggs, Charles Sturt University and Coleambally Irrigation Corporation. Awarded a SPIRT grant in November 2000. (Final report in progress)
- Neighbourhood Futures Pilot Project: a component of the social Capital Neighbourhood Project. In collaboration with Urban Services, Planning and Land Management Unit. (Completed November 2001) .
- Belconnen Lakeshores Refurbishment Project for the ACT Department of Urban Services (To be completed 30 April 2002)
